The Original 10-Week Video Course
This is the old school, no bells & whistles version. It is the Wim Hof Method stripped down to its essence. The techniques and exercises are explained and demonstrated in a sober, straightforward manner, leaving up to you the situations in which to put these into practice. The course starts off easy and becomes progressively more challenging, allowing your mind and body adjust to the increasing stimuli, and letting you find your own limits. You are thus free to determine not just in what contexts you apply the WHM, but also at what frequency and level of intensity you incorporate and maintain a daily practice. This Course was produced when we were still running Innerfire out of a tiny apartment, and it doesn’t sport the same slick look of the newer Fundamentals. It is rough-and-ready, which for some is just how they like it.

The Fundamentals Video Course
The Fundamentals Course has a light, playful character, and is split into weekly themes. It was created to provide more guidance and practical application, and teaches you the Wim Hof Method in the context of real-world scenarios. Each week has its own theme, centered around an area of everyday life that the WHM can help improve— such as stress, creativity, and sleep. With every class, you add to your toolbox, so that by the end of the Course you can adapt to any circumstance. This newer Course has a more polished look, and is supplemented with homework assignments to reinforce your practice; Stretch lessons from a professional teacher; and one-on-one sessions with guided breathing  exercises (audio-only versions) that allow for Wim Hof Method practice on the fly.
