I lost my login details +

If you are already a member and lost your password, this is how you can login again.

Step 1: Check your inbox

All members received a welcome mail after their purchase.
Your username/password is contained in an email with the subject: [Wim Hof Method] Login Details Email.

Step 2: If you cannot find it please check your Spam folder in case it was mistakenly filtered. Username/password from DealGuardian will not work here.

How much time do I have to invest in the 10-week course +

The daily investment is one hour of your time. results. For those who can’t make it for an hour we have two special videos of 4 minutes and 10 minutes. You have unlimited acces (as long as we provide the course) so you can follow the course in your own pace.

Is the method a cure for my disease? +

No, the method is no medicine or a magic formula to cure disease. But this method can make you stronger by dealing with your struggle. We are doing scientific research to the effects of using this method. Our aim is to prevent and reduce diseases.

What are the payment options for me? +

You can pay by Creditcard or Paypal. Also european payments like IDEAL, Mistercash are possible.

How long will the course be available after purchasing? +

You will have (unlimited) access as long as we provide the course. So you can follow the course on your  own pace.

If I am not happy with the course can I get a Refund +

Sure, you can refund your money within 14 days after purchasing without any reason.

Do I need an internet connection to follow the course? +

Yes, the program is totally online available and it is necessary to have an internet connection.

Yes, you can follow the course on your computer and all mobile devices with an internet connection.

Yes, if you are in the course you can leave comments underneath every video.
